Loi Badinter
La loi Badinter, du nom du ministre français de la Justice Robert Badinter, peut désigner :
- la loi du 4 août 1981 portant amnistie ;
- la loi d' sur l'abolition de la peine de mort en France ;
- la loi de 1982 sur la dépénalisation des relations homosexuelles avec les mineurs de plus de 15 ans ;
- la loi du 5 juillet 1985 sur l'indemnisation des victimes d'accident de circulation.
