Sous-séries

Le MF 67 compte plusieurs sous-séries, décrites en détail sur l'article MF 67.

La liste ci-dessous présente les trois types principaux (D, E et F) ; les sous-types (A, B, C) ne sont pas détaillés ici dans un souci de simplicité.

De façon simplifiée, les rames de type D sont à adhérence partielle, celles de type E sont à bogies bimoteur et celles de type F sont à bogies monomoteur.

Les rames affichant la lettre « G » sont équipées de graisseurs de voies, montés sur les remorques B ou S selon la composition de la rame.
