Les Licates (latin : Licates), également Likatti (grec ancien : Λικάττιοι dans Strabon[1]) sont une tribu celtique de la région de l'Allgäu.

Probablement installés sur les rives et près du fleuve Lech, il appartenaient au groupe tribal celtique des Vindelices[2].

Un diplôme militaire romain mentionne quatre noms tribaux comme gentes des Vindelici : Cosuanetes (de), Rucinates (de), Licates et Catenates (de)[3]. Strabon et Claude Ptolémée mentionnent également les Licates (en grec ancien : Λικάτ[τ]ιοι Likát[t]ioi)[4]. Pline l'Ancien mentionne les mêmes quatre noms tribaux : Vindelicorum gentes quatuor, Consuanetes, Rucinates (« Runicates »), Licates, Catenates[5].

Strabon mentionne Damasia (de) comme leur principal établissement et les décrit comme une tribu cruelle de brigands[1].
