Filobacterium est un genre de bactéries filamenteuses à Gram négatif de la famille des Filobacteriaceae dont il est le genre type. Selon la LPSN ()[2] ce genre ne comporte qu'une seule espèce, Filobacterium rodentium.
Description
Le genre Filobacterium est créé en 2016 par F. Ike et al. pour recevoir l'espèce Filobacterium rodentium responsable d'une maladie respiratoire chez les rongeurs[1].
