Le district de Millau est une ancienne division territoriale française du département de l'Aveyron de 1790 à 1795.
Il était composé des cantons de Millau[C 1], la Cavalerie[C 2], Compeyre[C 3], Nant[C 4], Peyreleau[C 5], Saint Bauzely[C 6], Salles Curan[C 7], Sanclieres[C 8] et Viala du Tarn[C 9].
