La saison 1993-1994 du Championnat du Koweït de football est la trente-deuxième édition du championnat de première division au Koweït. La Premier League regroupe les huit meilleurs clubs du pays, répartis en deux groupes de quatre où ils s'affrontent deux fois au cours de la saison, à domicile et à l'extérieur. À la fin de cette phase, les deux premiers disputent la finale pour le titre, les deux dauphins le match pour la troisième place. À l'issue de la compétition, six clubs sont promus de D2 pour faire passer l'élite à 14 équipes.

C'est le Kazma Sporting Club qui remporte le championnat après avoir battu lors de la finale Qadsia Sporting Club. C'est le 3e titre de champion du Koweït de l'histoire du club.
