Allied Academies est une société présumée frauduleuse, créée conformément aux lois de la Caroline du Nord[1].

Elle se présente comme une association d'érudits, soutenant et encourageant la recherche ainsi que le partage et l'échange de connaissances comme objectifs déclarés. L'organisation comprend 14 académies affiliées, qui attribuent des prix aux universitaires et publient des revues universitaires en ligne et sur papier pour les membres[2]. Depuis 2015, l'organisation figure sur la liste des « éditeurs académiques prédateurs potentiels, possibles ou probables à accès libre » de Jeffrey Beall[3],[4]. Elle est partenaire de OMICS Publishing Group, qui utilise son site internet et son logo[5].
