Yhdistynyt Slovenia

Yhdistynyt Slovenia (sloveeniksi Zedinjena Slovenija) oli vuonna 1848 syntynyt poliittinen ohjelma. Ohjelman pohjana toimi Matija Majarin ajatukset. Ohjelman tavoitteena oli perustaa Slovenian kuningaskunta, joka olisi kuitenkin osa Itävallan keisarikuntaa, mutta ei kuitenkaan kuuluisi Saksan liittoon. Ohjelmassa vaadittiin myös sloveenin kielen nostamista saksan kanssa tasavertaiseksi.[1]

Yhdistynyt Slovenia oli suuri muutos sloveenien poliittisessa historiassa. Ensimmäistä kertaa sloveeneille määriteltiin maantieteelliset rajat. Sloveenit vaativat itselleen samoja autonomisia oikeuksia kuin muilla kansoilla oli. Ohjelma tosin kuvattiin aikanaan liian radikaaliksi.[2]

Ohjelma kuitenkin epäonnistui, mutta se oli suuri askel Slovenian historiassa. Ohjelma muodostui slovenialaisen politiikan kulmakiveksi aina 1980-luvulle saakka.[2]
