Viestijuoksun Suomen-mestaruuskilpailut 1948

Viestijuoksun Suomen-mestaruuskilpailut 1948 järjestettiin 17.–18. heinäkuuta Tampereella Pyynikin kentällä. Naisten SM-kisat, joissa 4×100 metrin oli myös mukana, kilpailtiin 15. elokuuta Tampereella.
