Ulappakeijut (Hydrobatidae) ovat pienikokoisia merilintuja, joita esiintyy kaikilla maailman valtamerillä. Niillä on hyvä hajuaisti, jota ne hyödyntävät ruuanhankinnassa. Ne syövät äyriäisiä ja pikkukaloja.

Ulappakeijuihin kuuluu yksi suku, ulappakeijut (Hydrobates) ja siihen BirdLifen Suomen mukaan 15 lajia.[2] Heimo oli aiemmin suurempi, mutta sen on 2000-luvulla tehdyissä tutkimuksissa todettu olleen parafyleettinen. Ulappakeijujen heimoon on jätetty ”pohjoisemmat” lajit, ja ”eteläisemmät” lajit kuuluvat keijujen heimoon.[3]
