True Story on yhdysvaltalaisen hip hop -yhtyeen Terror Squadin toinen studioalbumi, joka julkaistiin 27. heinäkuuta 2004.[1] Albumilta julkaistiin yhtyeen hittisingle ”Lean Back”,[2] joka sijoittui Billboard Hot 100 -listan sijalle 1.[3][4][5][6], Yhdistyneen kuningaskunnan musiikkilistan sijalle 24.[7] ja muun muassa Tanskan Tracklisten-listan sijalle 5.[8] Kyseisestä kappaleesta on myös virallisesti julkaistu remix-versio, jossa esiintyvät Eminem, Lil Jon ja Ma$e.
