Stereogrammi on optinen harha, jossa kaksiulotteinen kuva saadaan näyttämään kolmiulotteiselta. Tavallisesti stereogrammiin piilotettu kolmiulotteinen kuva saadaan näkyviin kohdistamalla katse kuvan taakse tai kuvan etupuolelle.

Stereogrammeja laadittiin jo vuosia ennen kuin ne tulivat uudelleen suosituiksi tietokoneiden kehityksen myötä. Klassisissa stereogrammeissa eli stereokuvapareissa syvyysvaikutelma saadaan aikaan ottamalla kohteesta kaksi kuvaa hiukan eri kuvakulmista ja asettamalla nämä vierekkäin (katso stereoskopia). Uudempi stereogrammien laji on yhden kuvan stereogrammi eli autostereogrammi. Päinvastoin kuin klassisissa stereogrammeissa, näissä stereokuvissa katsoja ei yleensä näe kuvaan piilotettua aihetta ennen kuin silmät on kohdistettu oikein.

Stereogrammeja voi katsoa myös kohdistamalla katse kuvan eteen eli katsomalla kieroon. Tällöin syvyysvaikutelma muuttuu päinvastaiseksi. Jotkut stereogrammit on laadittu siten, että kuva näkyy oikein nimenomaan kieroon katsomalla.

Salvador Dalí loi joitakin vaikuttavia stereogrammeja tutkiessaan optisia harhoja.
