Otto Reinhold af Schultén (1. joulukuuta 1798 Solna, Ruotsi8. marraskuuta 1884 Helsinki) oli suomalainen senaattori, valtiopäivämies, todellinen valtioneuvos ja Viipurin hovioikeuden presidentti.

Af Schulténin vanhemmat olivat senaattori, professori Nathanael Gerhard Schultén, aateloituna vuodesta 1809 af Schultén (1750–1825) ja Jakobina Teodora Finckenberg. Hän pääsi ylioppilaaksi Uppsalassa 1812 ja valmistui Uppsalan yliopistosta filosofian kandidaatiksi ja maisteriksi 1818 sekä molempien oikeuksien kandidaatiksi 1819. Hänestä tuli riemumaisteri 1869.

Af Schultén muutti Ruotsista Suomeen 1819. Hän oli Suomen senaatin talousosastolla ylimääräisenä kopistina 1820–1821, kansliatoimituskunnan kopistina 1821–1823, Suomen asiain komitean kanslistina Pietarissa 1823–1826 ja keisarin kanslian ja Suomen valtiosihteerinviraston arkistonhoitajana 1826 ja kirjaajana 1826–1831. Hän sai protokollasihteerin arvonimen 1830. Af Schultén oli sitten valtiosihteerinviraston 2. osaston 2. toimitussihteerinä 1831–1833 ja 1. toimitussihteerinä ja 2. osaston päällikkönä 1833–1844 sekä samalla yliopiston kanslerinsihteerinä 1831–1844. Hän sai valtioneuvoksen arvonimen 1839. Tämän jälkeen hän oli senaatin talousosaston jäsenenä 1844–1854, sai todellisen valtioneuvoksen arvonimen 1848 ja oli Viipurin hovioikeuden presidenttinä 1854–1863. Hänestä tuli vapaaherra 1859. Viimeksi hän oli senaattorina senaatin oikeusosastolla 1863–1874 ja oikeusosaston varapuheenjohtajana 1865–1874.

Af Schultén osallistui aatelissäädyssä valtiopäiville 1863–1864 ja 1867. Hän omisti Nauvossa Prostvikin tilan.

Af Schultén oli naimisissa 1842–1856 Anna Karolina Törnqvistin (k. 1856) ja 1860–1866 Naema Aurora von Haartmanin (k. 1866) tämän toisessa avioliitossa. Hänen pojistaan Maximus Widekind af Schultén (1847–1899) oli Helsingin yliopiston kirurgian klinikan professori, Karl Hugo Brynolf af Schultén (1850–1891) Nya Pressen-lehden toimittaja, kuten myös tilanomistaja Arvid Michael af Schultén (1861–1907), kun taas August Benjamin af Schultén (1856–1912) oli Helsingin yliopiston kemian dosentti.[1] Kaikki pojat olivat myös isänsä tavoin aatelissäädyssä valtiopäivämiehiä.
