Milena Gasparoni (s. 23. syyskuuta 1961 San Marino, San Marino)[1] on sanmarinolainen poliitikko, joka on toiminut San Marinon kapteenivaltionhoitajana yhdessä Alessandro Rossin kanssa 1. huhtikuuta 2024 alkaen.[2]

Gasperoni opiskeli oikeustieteitä Bolognan yliopistossa ja sai sitten maisterin tutkinnon yritysjuridiikassa. Hän työskenteli 1990-luvulla notaarina ja juristina Emilia-Romagnan alueella. Hän palasi San Marinoon 1990-luvun puolivälissä, kun hänet vuonna 1995 nimitettiin San Marinon taloussuunnittelu-, tiedonkäsittely- ja tilastoviraston johtoon. Hän jatkoi tehtävässä vuoteen 2003. Seuraavana vuonna hän sai paikan San Marinon ulkoasiainministeriöstä. Vuosina 2005–2012 hän toimi San Marinon työvoimatoimiston johtajana ja osallistui muun muassa tavaramerkkejä, patentteja ja työmarkkinoiden sääntelyä koskevien lakien laatimiseen. Vuodet 2012–2023 hän johti San Marinon ammattikoulutuskeskusta.[2]

San Marinon suur- ja yleisneuvoston jäseneksi Gasperoni nimitettiin Sosialistien ja demokraattien puolueen edustajana ensimmäisen kerran toukokuussa 2015, jolloin hän ja Enrico Carattoni korvasivat tehtävästään eronneet Claudio Felicin ja Stefano Macinan.[3][4] Toisen kerran hän nousi suur- ja yleisneuvostoon lokakuussa 2023, jolloin hän korvasi eronneen Giacomo Simoncinin.[5][6] Hänestä tuli perustuslaki- ja talousasioiden komissioiden jäsen.[2] Hänet valittiin maaliskuussa 2024 niukalla erolla seuraavaksi kapteenivaltionhoitajaksi yhdessä Alessandro Rossin kanssa.[7] Heidän valintansa tuli yllätyksenä, sillä heidät asetti ehdolle oppositioon kuulunut Me tasavallan puolesta -ryhmittymä.[8] He aloittivat puolivuotiskautensa tehtävässä 1. huhtikuuta 2024.[2]
