Kultainen käsivarsi (The Man With the Golden Arm) on Otto Premingerin ohjaama yhdysvaltalainen draamaelokuva vuodelta 1955. Sitä pidetään yhtenä Frank Sinatran parhaista elokuvarooleista. Hän esittää vankilasta vapautuvaa jazzrumpalia, joka ajautuu kuitenkin heti vanhoihin ympyröihinsä ja uudelleen heroiinin orjaksi. Elokuva perustuu Nelson Algrenin romaaniin The Man with the Golden Arm (suom. Kultainen käsi), jonka pohjalta käsikirjoituksen laativat Walter Newman ja Lewis Meltzer.[1]
