Ilmari Mustonen

Kaarlo Ilmari Mustonen (s. 28. joulukuuta 1927 Oulujoki) on suomalainen eläköitynyt diplomi-insinööri ja autokorialan yrittäjä ja yritysjohtaja, joka on saanut teollisuusneuvoksen arvonimen.[1]

Mustosen vanhemmat olivat selluloosankeittäjä Kaarlo Rafael Mustonen ja Saimi Sofia Finne. Hän avioitui 1954 Suoma Alma Heikkisen kanssa. Mustonen tuli ylioppilaaksi Oulun lyseosta 1948 ja valmistui diplomi-insinööriksi Teknillisen korkeakoulun koneenrakennusosastolta 1954. Hän oli VW-Auto Oy:n huoltopäällikkö 1954–1956, Teijon Tehtaat Oy:n isännöitsijä 1957–1962, Oy Uusi Autokoriteollisuus Ab:n, vuodesta 1964 Oy Wiima Ab, paikallisjohtaja 1962–1965, Trailer-Auto Oy:n perustaja ja toimitusjohtaja 1964–1972, Wihuri-Yhtymä Oy:n kehittelyosaston johtaja 1969–1976 ja Oy Wiima Ab:n toimitusjohtaja 1977–1987, omistaja 1979–1990 ja hallituksen puheenjohtaja 1987–1990. Mustonen oli myös Insinööritoimisto Kuljetusala Ky:n yhtiömies 1967–1995 ja Suomen Autoteollisuus Oy:n osakas 2004–2010 sekä Carrus Delta Oy:n osakas 2008–2020 ja hallituksen puheenjohtaja. Hänellä oli lisäksi liike-elämän ja muita asiantuntija- ja luottamustehtäviä. Teollisuusneuvoksen arvonimen Mustonen sai 1988.[1][2]
