Fables from a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times Is True on yhdysvaltalaisen rock-yhtye Fair to Midlandin kolmas studioalbumi. Albumi julkaistiin 11. kesäkuuta 2007, ja albumin tuottajina toimi System of a Downin laulajana tunnettu Serj Tankian sekä kanadalainen tuottaja David Bottrill. Albumilta julkaistiin radiosoittoa varten singlenä albumin ykkösraita "Dance of the Manatee".

Albumi debytoi Yhdysvalloissa Billboard 200 -listan sijalla 137.[1]
