Daniel Edward Stein (s. 11. huhtikuuta 1977 Worthing, Englanti, taiteilijanimeltään DJ Fresh) on elektronista musiikkia tekevä brittiläinen muusikko, DJ ja musiikkituottaja. Hän on entinen drum and bass-yhtye Bad Companyn jäsen ja hän omistaa Adam Fn kanssa Breakbeat Kaos levy-yhtiön.[1]

Danielin kaikista tunnetuin julkaisu on hänen kolmas studioalbumi "Nextlevelism", jonka julkaisi Ministry of Sound lokakuussa 2012.[2] Siltä julkaistiin singlenä menestyskappaleet "Louder" ja "Hot Right Now", joista tuli Britannian singlelistan historian ensimmäiset listan kärjen saavuttaneet dubstep ja drum and bass kappaleet.[3]

Daniel on tehnyt uransa aikana yhteistyötä myös muun muassa Diplon, Dominique Young Uniquen ja Dibby Dibby Soundin kanssa kappaleella "Earthquake", Ella Eyren kanssa kappaleella "Gravity",[4] sekä Sigalan ja Imani Williamsin kanssa kappaleella "Say You Do".[5]

Tammikuussa 2014 Danielin tuotannot olivat myyneet yli 2,8 miljoonaa kopiota ja hänellä oli kaksi Britannian singlelistan kärjen saavuttanutta sekä kahdeksan listan kymmenen parhaan joukkoon päätynyttä singleä.[6]
