Amenhotep, Hapun poika (syntyi noin 1430 eaa. Athribiksessa) oli muinaisessa Egyptissä Amenhotep III:n aikana elänyt kirjuri, joka nousi maineeseen faaraon töiden valvojana ja jota alettiin kuolemansa jälkeen palvoa jumalana.[1]

Amenhotep vastasi eräiden Egyptin merkittävimpien monumenttien, kuten Amenhotep III:n kuolintemppelin suunnittelusta.[1] Jumalana häneen liitettiin etenkin parannustaito ja viisaus, ja tästä syystä hänet usein liitettiin jumalaksi korotettuun arkkitehti Imhotepiin.[1] Amenhotepin palvonta rajoittui lähinnä Theban alueelle. Jo Amenhotepin elinaikana hänelle alettiin rakentaa kuolintemppeliä Amenhotep III:n temppelin lähelle. Kyseessä on ainoa ei-kuninkaallinen alueelle pystytetty temppeli, ja koossaan se ohitti jopa osan Theban länsirannan kuninkaiden temppeleistä.[1]

Amenhotep Hapun pojan kultti ei ollut yhtä voimakas kuin Imhotepin, mutta se säilyi kuitenkin Egyptin ptolemaiolaiselle ajalle asti.[1]
