Šemuršan piiri (ven. Шемурши́нский райо́н, Šemuršinski raion, tšuvassiksi Шăмăршă районӗ, Šămăršă raionĕ) on paikallinen itsehallintoalue Tšuvassian tasavallassa Venäjällä. Vuonna 1927 perustetun piirin pinta-ala on 799 neliökilometriä ja asukkaita on 15 000 henkeä (vuonna 2009).

Piiri sijaitsee Tšuvassian eteläosassa. Pohjoisessa se rajoittuu Batyrevon piiriin, kaakossa ja etelässä Tatarstaniin ja Uljanovskin alueeseen sekä lännessä Alatyrin piiriin. Hallinnollinen keskus on Šemuršan kylä. Piiriin kuuluu 9 maalaiskuntaa.

Seutu kuuluu Tšuvassian tasankoon. Huomattavimmat joet ovat Suran sivujoki Bezdna sekä Svijagaan laskeva Karla. Piiri sijaitsee aro- ja metsäarovyöhykkeen rajalla. Pinta-alasta 61 % on metsää ja 33 % maatalousmaata.

Tärkein liikenneväylä on Tšeboksaryn ja Uljanovskin välinen A151-maantie. Piirikeskuksesta on tasavallan pääkaupunkiin matkaa 160 kilometriä.

Väestöstä 78,9 % on tšuvasseja, 11,1 % tataareja, 6,9 % venäläisiä ja 2,8 % mordvalaisia.

Tärkein elinkeino on maatalous, joka on erikoistunut maidon ja lihan tuotantoon sekä viljan, sokerijuurikkaan ja perunan viljelyyn. Seudulla on myös pienimuotoista elintarvike- ja puunjalostusteollisuutta.

Piirilehtenä ilmestyy tšuvassin- ja venäjänkielinen Šămăršă hyparĕ.
