دوپا (به اویغوری: دوپپا ) یا دوپی [۱] (به ازبکی: doʻppi / дўппи / دوپا) یا توقی (به تاجیکی: тоқӣ) به معنی «کلاه»، نوعی کلاه مربع یا گرد ازبکی و اویغوری است [۲] [۳] که ریشه در آسیای مرکزی دارد و اویغورها ، ازبکها و برخی از تاجیکهای شمالی تحت تأثیر فرهنگ ازبکی آن را به سر میکنند. [۴]
دوپا نوع خاصی از کلاه در دستهی کلاههای توبتیکا است.
تفاوتهای بین دوپای اویغور و دوپای ازبک را میتوان از شکل، روش ساخت و رنگ آنها دریافت. دوپای اویغور گرد است، در حالی که دوپای ازبک مربع است و لبههای تیز دارد. دوپای اویغور نسبتاً نرمتر است، در حالی که دوپای ازبک کمی سفتتر است و با قالب شکل میگیرد.
