گیرندهٔ چشایی نوع ۲، عضو ۱۹ (انگلیسی: Taste receptor type 2 member 19) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «TAS2R19» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴]
این ژن و پروتئینش در حس چشایی انسان و بهویژه تشخیص مزههای تلخ و شور نقش دارند.
