SETDB1
هیستون-لیزین اِن-متیلترانسفراز SETDB1 (انگلیسی: Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase SETDB1) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «SETDB1» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
دومین SET یک دومین بهشدت محافظتشدهاست که یک موتیف ۱۵۰ آمینواسیدی دارد و در تنظیم ساختار کروماتین نقش بازی میکند.
