RBM3
پروتئین فرضی ۳ اتصال به آرانای (انگلیسی: Putative RNA-binding protein 3) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «RBM3» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
اهمیت بالینی
این پروتئین یک پروتوآنکوژن است که با رشد تومور و احتمال متاستاز بیشتر آن مرتبط است و یک زیستنشانگر بالقوه سرطان محسوب میشود.[۶] بر اساس دادههای بقای بیمار، سطوح بالای پروتئین RBM3 در سلولهای تومور، یک زیستنشانگر پیشآگهی مطلوب در سرطان روده بزرگ است.[۷]
