NKG2D
NKG2D یک پروتئین تراپوستهای است که در انسان توسط ژن «KLRK1» کُدگذاری میشود. این ژن در موشها بر روی کروموزوم شمارهٔ ۶ آنها[۴] و در انسان بر روی کروموزوم ۱۲ واقع شدهاست.[۵]
این پروتئین متعلق به خانوادهٔ CD94/NKG2 از لکتینهای نوع سی است.[۶] این پروتئین در موشها بر روی سلولهای کشنده طبیعی، لنفوسیتهای تی کشنده، لنفوسیت تی گاما دلتا و لنفوسیت تی سلول کشنده طبیعی و ماکروفاژهای فعال بیان میشود.[۷] در انسان این پروتئین بر روی لنفوسیتهای تی کشنده، لنفوسیت تی گاما دلتا ولنفوسیتهای تی کشنده یافت میشود.[۸] این مولکول قادر است «پروتئینهای خود القاشده» را از خانوادههای «کمپلکس ایمونوژن اصلی» (MIC) و RAET1/ULBP که بر سطح سلولهای تحت استرس، سلولهای بدخیم و سلولهای آلودهبهویروس ظاهر میشوند، تشخیص دهد.[۹]
