FKBP52
پروتئین ۴ متصلشونده به FK506 (انگلیسی: FK506-binding protein 4) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «FKBP4» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
این پروتئین عضوی از خانوادهٔ بزرگ ایمونوفیلینهاست که در تنظیم دستگاه ایمنی و برخی فرایندهای سلولی نظیر تاشدگی پروتئین نقش دارد. علاوه بر این، مولکول FKBP52 یک سیس-ترانس پرولیل ایزومراز است که به داروی سرکوبکننده سیستم ایمنی تاکرولیموس و سیرولیموس متصل میشود. این پروتئین در یکی از روشهای ژندرمانی هم نقش دارد.[۵]
اهمیت بالینی
پژوهشهای اخیر نشان داده که FKBP52 از بیماریزا شدن پروتئین تاو جلوگیری میکند. این موضوع در ساخت داروهای جدید برای درمان بیماری آلزایمر و همچنین تشخیص زودهنگام آن پیش از بروز علائمش اهمیت دارد.[۶]
