دی‌پپتیدیل پپتیداز ۹ (انگلیسی: Dipeptidyl peptidase 9) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «DPP9» کُدگذاری می‌شود و از خانوادهٔ سرین پروتئازها بوده و دارای فعالیت دی‌پپتیدیل پپتیدازی است.^[۴]

اهمیت بالینی

این آنزیم احتمالاً با بروز دیابت نوع ۲، چاقی و سرطان ارتباط دارد.

همچنین برخی پژوهش‌ها آنرا با بروز نوع شدید کووید ۱۹ مرتبط دانسته‌اند.
