Victor Mihalachi (Mirnoe, 24 de febrero de 1989) es un deportista rumano que compite en piragüismo en la modalidad de aguas tranquilas.[1]​

Ganó siete medallas en el Campeonato Mundial de Piragüismo entre los años 2010 y 2017, y quince medallas en el Campeonato Europeo de Piragüismo entre los años 2010 y 2021. En los Juegos Europeos de Minsk 2019 obtuvo una medalla de oro en la prueba de C2 1000 m.[2]​

Participó en los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres 2012, ocupando el séptimo lugar en la prueba de C2 1000 m.[1]​
