La Kanada Ĉarto de Rajtoj kaj Liberecoj, en angla: Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, en franca: La Charte canadienne des droits et libertés), ofte simple referencata kiel la "Ĉarto" en Kanado, estas deklaracio pri rajtoj inkludita en la Konstitucio de Kanado, formante la unuan parton de la Constitution Act, 1982.
