Elito

Elito estas minoritata grupo ene de socio kiu havas statuson superan al tiuj de la resto de membroj de la socio.

Ene de sama socio povas ekzisti malsamaj elitoj, depende de la apartaj interesoj de ĉiuj el ili. La ekzisto de ĉi tiuj elitoj en pluralo rilatiĝas kun la kreskanta diferencigo de la socio.
