Career

Hanson has appeared on various news outlets as an etiquette expert. He is also credited as being an etiquette advisor on Red, White & Royal Blue (2023).[7]

On 20 March 2018, Hanson and co-host Jordan North began the podcast Help I Sexted My Boss.[13] The podcast's signature cocktail is a gin and Dubonnet (G&D). This drink was loved by the Queen Mother and was drunk by Elizabeth II until her own death; it was popularised by the podcast resulting in a nation-wide shortage of ingredients following the death of Elizabeth II in September 2022.[14]

In November 2019, he was a visiting lecturer at the Georgetown University in Qatar teaching etiquette.[15]

On 11 February 2021, the Acast hosted rewatch podcast, Keeping Up Appearances: The Luxury Podcast began with co-host Jonathan Vernon-Smith, it has since released 39 episodes as of 6 February 2024.[16]
