Hello, my name is Billy and I work for TikTok's parent company ByteDance. I noticed this WikiProject has been mostly dormant since its creation, but I saw that Auric has taken steps to revive it of late, so I thought this may be a good forum to post this.

In late September I proposed redoing the lead and layout of the TikTok article to improve the article broadly (see: Talk:TikTok#Re-arranging content to comply with MOS:LEAD and MOS:LAYOUT), and since that time a few editors expressed that they largely agree with the proposal. However, no one has yet taken the initiative to implement it, and I would prefer to avoid making the changes directly due to my conflict of interest, unless I were to be explicitly given the green light to do so.

Can someone here please take a few minutes to implement the proposal (which consists almost entirely of shifting around existing content, not adding or removing any information) or give me permission to do so myself? Perhaps Auric or CAPTAIN RAJU? Template:WikiProject TikTok is currently pretty much useless; it doesn't add articles to a useful category list like other project banners, nor does it have any parameters for assessing class or importance. I believe fixing those problems would tremendously help this project in terms of activity. Can someone who knows more coding than me take a crack at it?
