International cricket tour
The West Indies cricket team toured Pakistan in October to November 1986 and played a three-match Test series against the Pakistan national cricket team. The Test series was drawn 1–1. West Indies were captained by Viv Richards and Pakistan by Imran Khan. In addition, the teams played a five-match Limited Overs International (LOI) series which West Indies won 4–1.[1]

- Saleem Jaffar (PAK) and WKM Benjamin (WIN) made their ODI debuts.
2nd ODI
- Pakistan won the toss and elected to field.
- Asif Mujtaba (PAK) made his ODI debut.
3rd ODI
- Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat.
- The match was reduced before play started to 45 overs per side.
- Ijaz Ahmed (PAK) made his ODI debut.
4th ODI
- Pakistan won the toss and elected to field.
- The match was reduced to 44 overs per side.
5th ODI
- West Indies won the toss and elected to field.
