We need to move Secretary of Government of Puerto Rico (ministry) too but I don't know what article title to use (notice that's the Office, not the post). The literal translation would be Puerto Rico Government Secretariat. Sigh, what about Puerto Rico Secretariat of the Interior? This is the part that I hate most. First, a few comments-We should do away with "ministry/minister" because PR doesn't have a parliamentary system and the only "ministers" in PR are what one would call "men of the cloth". :-) Second, "gobernación" refers to gubernatorial, not to governmental. The Secretario de la Gobernación exercises gubernatorial powers delegated by the Governor, and does not have any intrinsic powers by virtue of a statute or the Constitution, contrary to other "Secretaries".
