Hello - I have been working on the Zurich North America page, and its been declined a few times. I have made significant changes to align with Wikipedia style/words to watch and having a neutral POV --- but it hasn't been approved. Are you able to provide some additional guidance on what I should be changing on this entry?

Hi @Kristi.dillman: Sure, two major issues currently: The coverage of the headquarters, which makes up a majority of the article, is mostly WP:ROUTINE business coverage of ZNA opening up leases, not WP:SUBSTANTIAL coverage for an encyclopedia. WikiProject Articles for creation is holding a month long Backlog Drive in August!
