Hi there, Bird244. I've just seen your question at the Teahouse about the Magocsi atlas - its maps are clearly protected by copyright. But if you're interested in boundary changes from a bit earlier, I could make maps from Edward Hertslet's atlas available on Commons, for you to use in articles. It was published in 1874, and covers the period 1814-1871, Europe only.
