A couple of observations: At Talk:Clarinet choir#External links and "Sources", a discussion is underway regarding your list of sources. Can you weigh in? In the article, the authors who have no Wikipedia articles do not require so many redlinks. The bolding you have on source titles is unnecessary—titles of books and independent standalone works are italicized, while titles of articles within magazines and journals are put in quotes. No bolding. Dates are not italicized. More than that, the sources ought to appear as inline references so that facts in the body of the article can be traced to their source. Can you help move the appropriate sources to inline reference format? Hi. Wikipedia's category system uses subcategories to keep main categories from getting too unwieldy. When categories get to certain sizes, they're split into multiple subcategories, and articles are put in the subcategories if at all possible, and not kept redundantly in the main parent category after being filed into the sub-categories. There are some exceptions for cases where the subcategory isn't really a strict subcategory, but the "nationality" and "style" subcategorizations aren't usually considered among them. See Wikipedia:Categorization and subcategories for details. --Delirium00:53, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2007-10-05T00:53:00.000Z","author":"Delirium","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-Delirium-2007-10-05T00:53:00.000Z-Wikipedia's_category_system","replies":[]}}-->
Thank you for asking. Yes, I think I can: [1], [2]. A few years ago I was also told by M. Stefanovic that he had a letter from Copland regarding this Concerto, but, unfortunately, I have never got a copy of it.
By the way, as I can see, you are a clarinetist, i.e. we are colleagues. Can you tell me something more about yourself - are you studying somewhere, or teaching, performing?--Andrija (talk) 21:50, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2008-10-23T21:50:00.000Z","author":"Andrija.b","type":"comment","level":1,"id":"c-Andrija.b-2008-10-23T21:50:00.000Z-Clarinet_Concerto_(Copland)","replies":[],"displayName":"Andrija"}}-->

Unfortunately, I do not own and neither do I play the chalumeau (I used to play the clarinet). I do own a couple of chalumeau recordings (on the label "Pierre Verany" [PV796103, with works of Paganelli, Telemann, Fasch, Graupner, Hoffmeister; PV794114 with 3 overture of Graupner resp. for 1, 2, and 3 chalumeaux; PV796023 with works of Vivaldi] and Vox Temporis CD92 009 [music of Christoph Graupner] ) brian stormer (talk) 13:07, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2009-05-24T13:07:00.000Z","author":"Belvdme","type":"comment","level":2,"id":"c-Belvdme-2009-05-24T13:07:00.000Z-Willi_Gers07-2009-05-22T19:38:00.000Z","replies":["c-Willi_Gers07-2009-05-26T20:03:00.000Z-Belvdme-2009-05-24T13:07:00.000Z"],"displayName":"brian stormer"}}-->

Hello Belvdme! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 3 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
