About speedy deletion of "Charazay Basketball Manager" page - there was a discussion on that page and i gave some reasons for notability and asked several questions which weren't answered but the page was nevertheless deleted. Should i create this page once more (2nd time? or 3rd?) and add {{hangon}} and explain my position once again?
