This article was deleted because it was a copy paste of material in a G+ profile. I declined the initial deletion request because I thought the subject might meet WP:BIO and/or WP:POLITICIAN, however the copyright violation takes precedent over that. If you feel this person meets the notability requirements, I'd recommend using Articles for Creation to create a draft which you can edit in peace until it's ready, and then have a volunteer examine it.
