I've been making occasional edits on Wikipedia since 2008, but have recently been increasing my involvement. My aspirations are to educate and inspire others to spread awareness about new technologies and the developing space industry.
I have an education in aerospace engineering and nuclear engineering, as well as interests in machine learning, space advocacy, and futurism.
Areas of interest
- The growth of the NewSpace industry and advancing technology related to private space ventures and comparison to the space initiatives of the early decades of the space age
- Human innovation applied to concepts in transhumanism, posthumanism, and futurism
- Evolution and adaptation of human society and bringing about new ways of thinking through open mindedness and acceptance of alternate cultures, life perspectives, and ideologies such as the social organism.
- Efficient energy, especially progress related to alternative energy, energy markets, and smartgrid infrastructure development
- software, hardware, and embedded system technology development applied to machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Wikipedia projects
- Improve Wikipedia coverage of the emerging NewSpace (alt.space) aspect of spaceflight and contribute to documenting the early decades of the space age.
- Endeavor to help improve Wikipedia citations by relentlessly tagging for Cleanup articles I happen upon.
