About me

My name is Zvi Lerman and I am a professor of agricultural economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. My professional interests focus on land reform and farm restructuring in countries in transitionCIS and CEE. In addition to Hebrew and English, I am fluent in Russian, which is a great help for my work in transition countries. I started editing in the end of March 2008 and in the initial phase I work on improving articles for those countries in WikiProject Central Asia where I have traveled extensively (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan). I have recently expanded my scope to include collective farms and agricultural cooperatives as part of WikiProject Cooperatives.

Feel free to contact me by e-mail at [email protected] (in English, Russian, or Hebrew) and visit my web site on http://departments.agri.huji.ac.il/economics/lerman-main.html
