Hello. I'm from Maryland, United States. I am an avid follower of mixed martial arts, and have been contributing to Wikipedia on that topic for several years. Outside of Wikipedia, I am a dedicated reader and perpetual student of English literature; a list of my favorite authors, playwrights, and poets would need to include Shakespeare, Thomas Gray, Milton, Poe, Dostoevsky, and many others. I love music and listen to a vast assortment of styles—my mainstay favorites are rock music, jazz, and metal. I play the bass guitar and drums, and have a very fundamental understanding of electric guitar and even baser knowledge of the piano. I am an admirer of all things nostalgic and retro; whereas this trait is somewhat reflected in my reading of classic literature, I truly let my personality shine through in my collection of retrovideo games, and music.
