Bill Masuku (pronouciation : Ma Su ku), is an aspiring teenage mangaka (foriegn manga artist) born on the 21 of March in 1993, in Harare, Zimbabwe. He is currnetly taking an A Level course at St.john's College, he plans to complete his collection of stories by January of 2011.

His currnt work are Skool of Dark Arts, Shukon Town and Magus.

SKOOL OF DARKART

Is the story of an orphan boy,Gareth ,who is attending a school that teaches the use of ki. His Goal is to unseal an evil that sleeps deep within him, but the unsealing could ultimately result in his death and the destruction of the world.

The story is centered over class 1 Red, Gareth's class and the assignments they go on. In each assignment they go to new places and meet new people. And Gareth's interations with each character be it student, tutor or teacher is unique and leads to plot development. The majority of the story takes place in Hale Village, led by the current Regoinal Kaiser : Kruger the 12th Regoinal Lord to date.

Just over a decade before the arrival of Gareth to Hale. A dragon appeared over the lands, the shear ferocity of it's power can not be described by words. But the Kaisers felt it neccessary that the beast be stopped so they instructed a new unit be formed called the KAS (Kaiser Assasination Squad). When hundreds were wiped out in an instant, the 11th Hale Kaiser Yonmaru Yanagi, made a rash decision to split the dragon rather than destroy it.
