UNITED STATES IS THE MOST UNDEMOMATIC INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD BECAUSE:
1) Detain people without charges, violating Habeas corpus principle.
2) Invade another country's diplomatic mission, violating the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations[1]
3) Executive overidden the Judiciary decision. This is what you called checks and balances? You gotta be kidding me! See Military Commissions Act of 2006
4) Initiating a war against another country. US is committing a WAR CRIME and should be tried as such. However, American Servicemembers' Protection Act effectively blocked that.
5) Killing millions of civilians and called that JUSTIFIED?! BUSH GOTTA BE ON DRUGS
