The September Program
The September Program was a program made by Kaiser Wihelm II of the German Empire, Paul Von Hindenburg, a well respected German military general in the Eastern Front of World War I, and the last President of the Weimar Republic, as well as others. It planned to show all the territories the Germans wanted to get after the conclusion of World War I, beginning in September 1914, as the Central Powers, the team Germany was in looked like it was going to win the First World War. It pushed for a independent Poland and Lithuania to be German protectorates and the annexation of now to be Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, and Ukraine. It also pushed for the annexation of many territories in Northern France and the annexation of Belgium, or for it to become a puppet or protectorate of Germany.
The September Program was made due to the belief of a German victory in World War I, which would not happen as we see today, and was overall quite crazy of an idea, and it would change Europe long term if it actually came into play, luckily it did not.
