Prince Andrew Leopold Miguel of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha and Braganza is a European aristocrat of dual German-Potuguese lineage, descending from the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha and the House of Braganza. Exiled at a young age due to dynastic and legal disputes, he has resided in Portugal since 2018 under the civil identity André Miguel Bragança. Despite living privately, he is regarded by genealogists as one of the few contemporary descendants linking two historically influential royal houses.

The paternal line ties Andrew to the Austrian and German branches of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, which historically provided consorts and monarchs to several European thrones, including the United Kingdom, Belgium and Bulgaria.

His mother descends from a legitimized collateral branch of the Portuguese House of Braganza, the former rulling dynasty of Portugal and Brazil. Through this lineage, Andrew is considered by monarchical historians to be one of the few living descendants of both major Houses.
