Damilola ‘’Dapper’’ Akinwunmi (born; ), known professionally as Dapper Damm, is an A&R Manager, Creative Entrepreneur, Music Distribution expert and a Nigerian Record Producer. Born in the Gbagada, Lagos.

Akinwunmi began playing instruments at the age of 12 in 2007. He started professionally in 2014 at the age of 18, promoting rising Nigerian artistes, Koker and Dotman. He moved on in 2016 to join Temple Management, a Lagos, Nigeria-based talent agency as an Entertainment Executive.

As an undergrad studying Sociology at University of Lagos (UNILAG), Damilola played A&R responsibilities at the age of 18 for two rising campus stars, Dotman and Koker in 2014.

After a National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) stint at Space FM, Ibadan, South West Nigeria, he helped manage upcoming artiste, Runzy under his Goldrain Entertainment imprint. He also directed music videos for two artistes Fabulous Icekid your love and Akba Gimme Love

In 2016, he secured an Internship at a newly launched pan-African talent agency, Temple Management Company (TMC). He initially played a fringe role as a Media Executive and later as an Entertainment Executive. He went on to A&R a music album entitled Lokoja for Project Fame West Africa 2015 winner, Jeff Akoh. He also managed Iyanya (Artiste), Adey (Producer), Chris (Artiste, USA), Aaron (Producer, USA) and Tee-Y Mix (Producer).^[1]

He left Temple Management in 2019 to found his own Dapper Music & Entertainment, an A&R cum Music Distribution company. Damilola now manages MOBO and BET awardee, Ice Prince and helps to run his Super Cool Cats label. he also manages Jaysynths and upcoming act, Jay Teazer.^[2]
