Stephen Anthony Storc was born on October 30th, 1952. He was the last of triplets. The first was Stanley Joseph and the second, Shawn Sterling. They were the first set of triplets born at St. Francis Hospital in Lynwood, California.
Stanley Joseph died approximately 6 weeks after birth. Stephen almost died from a bacterial infection on his lungs but expelled the clot. His doctor, Dr. Peterson, said that "his anger saved his life". Shawn passed away in 2012 after being transferred to a Foster Care Facility from Lanterman, a private facility for exceptional children. Shawn went to Lanterman's when he was six because he didn't know his own strength and his parents were fearful for their other children. Not that he would have ever done anything intentionally hurtful but he didn't comprehend his own strength.
His early years were spent in Huntington Park, California. His parents were Stanley Peter Storc and Minnie Elizabeth Buckley.
He had 11 brothers and sisters including Stanley Joseph, Shawn Sterling, Stanley Peter Jr., Paul Joseph, Christopher William, James Damian, Therese Marie, Juanita Louise, Jacqueline Marie, Gayle Ann and Michael Francis.
He attended grammar school at the old St. Matthias Elementary School and transferred to the new St. Matthias elementary School when it was built next to the new St. Matthias Catholic Church.
