This is Cutie A Cat (Speedy) and how do I got my powers when you see my description of my social media like Twitter (@SpeedyFAST2006) and Tik Tok (@SpeedyAnimationsOfficial) it says in my bio:

I became a Cat when I was 2 years old so I couldn't remember as well back then till now. So when the doctors give this shot to me I screamed and feel a different power. *Telekinesis and Super Speed* came to me that I ran away till I fell in the water. But an alien came by and noticed that I was in danger. My family saw me fall and the weakness to Inklings / Octolings is water but I survived from the water that this alien adopted me when my family left and didn't saw the alien came.
