Littondale from the veiw of a native
Littondale is a great place to live as it is surounded by outstanding countryside and has a very interesting history. First of all the pub in Arncliffe called The Falcon is one of the best pubs in the dales and probably beter then any pubs lower down the dales from Arncliffe... KITCH. Arncliffe actualy means eagle cliff probaly because of the surounding cliffs like the one just down dale of Arncliife called BLUE SCAR.
Arncliffe is partialy were Emmerdale was set and also were the water babies story was based. the vally was once called Ammerdale.
